Pinpoint Fire Tracking from anywhere.

When the fire alarm operates, FireFind sends keyholders a link to the building’s own floor plan. Keyholders see which detectors are in fire, and how the fire is spreading, while still on the way. No password, no app.

Works with Ajax EN54 Fire Hubs.

FireFind in 60 seconds.

A real test signal at a customer’s building, from the alert on a keyholder’s phone to the live floor plan. There was no fire.

The panel knows exactly where the fire is. The people on their way usually don’t.

An alarm says that, not where.

A siren or a phone call says the fire alarm has gone off. To find out where, someone has to reach the zone plan beside the panel, inside the building.

A crew arrives at a building it doesn’t know.

Which entrance? Where’s the panel? Who has the keys? The alarm itself carries none of that.

The order tells the story.

The order detectors go off shows where a fire started and which way it’s moving. That rarely reaches anyone outside the building.

The building’s plan, in the crew’s hands before they arrive.

FireFind is ready to alert fire crews, but each fire and rescue service has to agree first. Once your local fire service accepts alerts by email or text, add the fire service to your FireFind site, with up to 10 email addresses and 10 mobile numbers. When the fire alarm goes off, the crew gets the live floor plan, the entrance to use and who to call.

Pending

No fire and rescue service receives FireFind alerts yet. We’re asking local fire and rescue services to take part. Until a fire service agrees, keyholders can show the crew the live plan at the door with the QR code.

Talk to your fire service first.

Each fire service decides whether to accept FireFind alerts. Before adding one to a site, contact your local station or fire safety team. Agree three things: that the fire service wants the alerts, which email addresses and mobile numbers to use, and what the crew needs to know about the building.

Told when it matters.

By default a fire service hears when a second detector goes off, or at once for a call point. Once per fire, however many detectors follow.

Share it with anyone.

Press Share on the live plan and a QR code fills the screen. Whoever scans it, a crew at the door or a neighbour with keys, sees the live plan for 24 hours, view only, with no account. Anyone with the code can open the plan until then.

Directions in one tap.

Navigate opens directions to the site, and the what3words address points to the right entrance.

Someone to ring.

The property manager, the installer and, if the building chooses, its keyholders, each a tap away.

FireFind does not call the fire service. The alarm receiving centre and 999 are still how a fire service is called. Once a fire service agrees to take part, FireFind will give the crew extra information on the way to the building.

For the keyholder on the phone, and the crew on the way.

Keyholders see the live plan now, and fire services will see the same plan once they take part. Calm, plain wording that tells people what to do, on any phone.

See how it spread.

Detectors are numbered in the order they went off, joined by a line with a pulse running from the first to the latest. Replay steps back through it.

One tap from the email or text.

One alert per fire, not per detector. Its link opens the live plan with no password. A separate fault alert means a flat battery is noticed sooner.

See yourself on the plan.

At the building, a phone can show its owner on the fire plan. Their location stays on the phone. It is never sent or stored.

Know when it’s over.

The plan stays in fire until the panel is reset, and shows who reset it. If the panel goes quiet, the page says the view may be out of date.

For installers: a service your clients can see.

FireFind is for fire and security installers who fit Ajax EN54 fire systems. Add it to the buildings you look after, and choose who is told when the alarm operates.

Set up in one guided wizard.

Upload the building’s drawing, place each device on it, add the details a crew needs and choose who is told.

Nothing extra to fit.

No gateway box and no changes to the building’s network. The fire alarm keeps working exactly as it did.

Choose who is told, and when.

Each keyholder has separate settings for each site: fire, faults or both, by email, text or both. Fire services get the same choices once a fire service agrees to take part.

Test without alarming anyone.

Put a site on test and FireFind stops its own alerts for a set time, then ends the test by itself.

Faults noticed sooner.

A low battery, a lost detector or a panel that’s gone quiet can alert the people who need to know.

History and replay.

Past incidents are kept with their spread and a step-by-step replay, and the event log downloads as a spreadsheet.

Simple pricing.

One price per building, with everything included. Your installer sets FireFind up on your Ajax EN54 fire alarm.

Questions people ask.

About fire alarm alerts, Ajax EN54 systems, keyholders and fire services.

How can I see which fire alarm detector has gone off?

FireFind shows it on the building’s own floor plan, on your phone. When the fire alarm operates, keyholders get an email and a text with a link. One tap opens the live plan: each detector is a dot in its real place, red when in fire, numbered in the order they went off.

Does FireFind work with Ajax EN54 fire alarms?

Yes. FireFind is built for the Ajax EN54 Fire Hub, Ajax’s wireless fire alarm system. It does not work with other fire alarm panels.

Do keyholders need an app or a password?

No. The alert carries a link that opens the live plan in the phone’s browser. There is no app to install and no password to remember.

Can the fire service get FireFind alerts?

Not yet. FireFind is ready to send fire service alerts, but no fire and rescue service receives them yet: each one has to agree first, and we’re asking local fire and rescue services to take part. Once your local fire service accepts alerts by email or text, each site can have the fire service added, with up to 10 email addresses and 10 mobile numbers. FireFind does not call the fire service: the alarm receiving centre and 999 are still how a fire service is called.

Is FireFind a repeater panel or an alarm monitoring service?

No. FireFind is an information display fed by the fire alarm panel. It is not a repeater panel and does not replace the panel, the alarm receiving centre or a 999 call. It shows keyholders on their phones what the panel has reported, and says so when the panel goes quiet.

How much does FireFind cost?

£19.99 plus VAT per month for each building. That includes the live floor plan, unlimited email alerts and up to 300 text alerts a year to UK mobile numbers. Installers can apply for a trade account to sell FireFind to their own clients.

Can I share the live plan with someone else?

Yes. Press Share on the live plan and a QR code fills the screen. Anyone who scans it sees that site’s live plan for 24 hours, view only, with no account.

I’m a fire alarm installer. How do I offer FireFind?

FireFind is for fire and security installers who fit Ajax EN54 fire systems. You add it to the buildings you look after and choose who is told when the alarm operates. Apply for a trade account to request trade pricing, or book a demo below and we’ll show it working on a demo site.

What FireFind is, and what it isn’t.

FireFind is an information display fed by the fire alarm panel. It does not replace the panel, the alarm receiving centre or a 999 call, and it can lag or miss a signal if the panel loses its connection.

One-way.

It never sends commands to the panel, and cannot reset, silence or control it.

Not part of the fire alarm system.

It is not control and indicating equipment or a repeater panel, and nothing in the fire alarm depends on it.

The fire service is still called the usual way.

The alarm receiving centre and 999 are unchanged. During a fire the page says: ‘Follow your fire procedure and confirm at the panel.’

Honest about what it knows.

If the panel goes quiet, it says so: ‘No signal from the panel, so this may be out of date.’

Security and privacy, described plainly.

  • Messages from each fire alarm panel are encrypted by default.
  • No passwords. People sign in with a one-time link sent to them.
  • Shared links are view only, for that one building, and run out after 24 hours.
  • A person’s location is used only on their own phone. It is never sent or stored.
  • Keyholders see only their own buildings, and can’t change anything.
  • Data is held on a server in the UK.

Give your clients the plan, not just the alarm.

FireFind is for fire and security installers who fit Ajax EN54 fire systems. We’ll show it working on a demo site, from the fire alert to the live plan on a keyholder’s phone.
